She provides a holistic and integrated approach to massage. Her aim is to naturally realign and structurally balance the body, while becoming more aware of holding patterns, increase sensory awareness and helping recover from injury.
Martina combines a variety of different bodywork techniques such as myofascial release, soft and deep connective tissue manipulation, joint articulation, therapist assisted stretching, Craniosacral Balancing, postural and life style recommendation and self care stretching and strengthening. This helps to bring fluidity, relaxation and body awareness, giving pain relief and a feeling of wholeness and wellbeing.
The combination of different techniques, knowledge, skills and clinical experience has given Martina the ability to achieve exceptional results with her clients.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage is the treatment of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues which helps with the rehabilitation and management of pain or injury on any body parts. The treatment includes an assessment to establish the specific area of focus and recommendation that support recovery. The aim of a remedial massage session is to eliminate structural pain or loss of function to allow the body to return to efficient function and good health.
Myofacial Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on technique that uses focused and sustained pressure and stretching on the fascia. Fascia is located between the skin and underlying structure of muscles and bone. It is a seamless web of connective tissue that covers, wraps and connects muscles, organs and all structures in our body. Poor posture, injuries, trauma, surgery and stress can cause restriction to fascia. The goal of Myofascial Release is to free restriction and restore tissues.
Craniosacral Balancing
Craniosacral Balancing is a very gentle, non-invasive, hands-on treatment that has its roots in Osteotherapy. It focuses on the membranes and the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. The practitioner tunes into a wave-like rhythmic pulse that can be felt throughout the body. This method can relieve pain and dysfunction and helps with migraines, headaches, TMJ, chronic pain, fatigue syndrome, PTSD and trauma.
